Terms of Use
These are the terms for using mytrustedpaw.com and the guides sold here. By using the site or buying a guide, you agree to them. We've kept them short and in plain English.
Who we are
My Trusted Paw publishes printable PDF guides for dog owners. You can reach us at support@mytrustedpaw.com.
Educational content, not veterinary care
Our guides are educational. They are not veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they don't replace an exam by a licensed veterinarian. They contain no medication doses. Always talk to your veterinarian about your own dog's health, vaccinations and behavior. If you think your dog is having an emergency, contact a veterinarian or an emergency clinic right away.
If your dog has bitten someone or shows serious aggression, work with a veterinary behaviorist or a qualified professional. A guide can't replace that.
Buying a guide
- Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the reseller for our orders. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms, shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Any sales tax is calculated at checkout.
- Guides are digital downloads delivered right after purchase. Nothing is shipped.
- Every purchase comes with a 30-day refund. See our Refund Policy.
What you can do with a guide
When you buy a guide, you get a personal license to use it. That means you can:
- Read it on any of your own devices.
- Print as many copies as you need for your own household, including worksheets for your fridge, your dog walker or your pet sitter.
You can't resell, share publicly, upload, or give away copies of the guide, and you can't republish its content as your own. The guides are protected by copyright and belong to My Trusted Paw.
Accuracy
We check health claims against published veterinary sources and cite them. Still, veterinary guidance changes, every dog is different, and we can't guarantee that a guide is complete, current, or right for your situation. You're responsible for decisions about your dog, made together with your veterinarian.
Limits of our responsibility
The site and the guides are provided "as is." As far as the law allows, My Trusted Paw isn't liable for any injury, loss or damage that comes from using the site or following a guide. If we are found responsible for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the guide involved. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Links to other sites
The site may link to other websites, such as veterinary sources or social media. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes don't affect purchases you already made.
