Refund Policy

Thirty days on every guide. No questions, no form, no reason needed.

How it works

• Email support@mytrustedpaw.com within 30 days of your purchase and ask for a refund.
• Include the email address you used at checkout, or your order number, so we can find your order.
• You get a full refund of what you paid. You don't have to explain why.
• You keep the files. Taking them back wouldn't help anyone.

Where the money goes back

Orders are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. The refund goes back to the payment method you used at checkout. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer.

After 30 days

After 30 days, purchases are final. If something is wrong with your file, such as a download that doesn't work, email us at any time and we'll fix it.

Free guides

Free downloads, like The Dog File, cost nothing, so there's nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
