Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.
Shipping Cost
We offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 11-20 business days from the date your order ships.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.
Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at mytrustedpaw@gmail.com — we can update the address only if the order hasn't been processed yet.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, please contact us at mytrustedpaw@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
